Hand rolled and par cooked, our gluten friendly Dough Boys base was developed to taste and bake like the real thing, packed frozen and ready to use straight from the freezer. Available in 30cm and 26cm packs of four. Produced in a facility that handles wheat. Ingredients: rice flour, potato flour, tapioca flour, chickpea flour, xanthan gum, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, kosher salt.
