We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, pricing, and images are accurate. However, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and update product information without prior notice.

All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT at the prevailing rate.

3. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase our products. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering via one of our accepted payment methods:

• PayFast (credit card, debit card, EFT, Mobicred)
• SnapScan (QR payment)
• Zapper (hosted payment page)
• EFT (wholesale accounts only)

Orders will only be processed once payment has been confirmed. You will receive an order confirmation email once your payment is successful.

4. Delivery and Shipping

We deliver within the Western Cape via our courier partner CourierMate; nationwide arrangements exist for approved wholesale accounts. Frozen products are shipped frozen in insulated packaging to ensure freshness.

Delivery times vary depending on your location but typically range from 1-5 business days. You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival. Please refer to our Delivery & Returns Policy for full details.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.

6. Wholesale Accounts

Wholesale accounts are subject to approval and may require a minimum order value. Wholesale customers receive tiered pricing and net-30 payment terms. Please contact us for wholesale enquiries.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, logos, and trademarks, is the property of Dough Boys Pizza Base Company or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
